Packaging is the first business decision, not the last

We built this studio around a single conviction: the box is the brand at point-of-sale. Everything we do follows from that.

— How we work

Constraint is the design brief

Shelf behavior, print tolerances, and retail comp analysis are inputs—not afterthoughts. We design within manufacturing reality, not around it.

Every structural and visual decision is tested against one question: does this move inventory or build recognition? If it does neither, it doesn't ship.

We work with founders who understand that packaging strategy and brand strategy are the same conversation—not sequential phases.
